The Acclaimed Cy-Fair School District

Highly rated schools of the acclaimed Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D. serve the community. This includes Watkins Middle School as well as Wilson Elementary and Cypress-Springs High-School, both of which have achieved the “recognized” rating. The Houston Community College system provides nearby adult education opportunities for the area.

Wilson Elementary

The Wilson Elementary has held a "Recognized" standing by the Texas Education Agency's Accountability Rating system since 1993. The school colors are blue and white.

Watkins Middle School

Established in 1993, this beautiful, spacious, architectural award-winning school was designed around the concept of interdisciplinary teaming. It also features state-of-the-art facilities, including a unique food court and industrial tech program (Tech 2000). Watkins Middle School was named as a Blue Ribbon School by the Department of Education in 1999-2000. U.S. Blue Ribbon Schools excel in all areas of academic leadership, teaching and teacher development, and school curriculum.

Cypress-Springs High School

Since its opening in August of 1997, Cypress-Springs High-School has made an impressive start. The school currently holds the "Recognized" standing with the Texas Education Agency's Accountability Rating System. The school grade levels are 9th to 12th.

Higher Education

The Nearby Houston Community College, and Cy-Fair College provide adult education opportunities for the area.
